All services provided by Life Publishing House, including but not limited to editing coordination, cover design coordination, formatting, ISBN assistance, and distribution setup, are offered on an as-is basis. Outcomes may vary based on factors outside of our control, including market conditions, retailer policies, reader demand, author marketing efforts, and third-party platform requirements.

Life Publishing House does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws, copyright regulations, trademark rules, and publishing platform policies. Authors retain full responsibility for the originality, accuracy, legality, and ownership of all submitted materials.

Distribution services are fulfilled through third-party platforms and partners. Life Publishing House is not responsible for changes in pricing, availability, retailer acceptance, delays, errors, or removals made by these third-party services.

By engaging with Life Publishing House, the author agrees to hold Life Publishing House, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the publication, distribution, or use of the author’s work.

Life Publishing House​

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Life Publishing House website, services, and any related content, products, or materials provided by Life Publishing House (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered

Life Publishing House provides publishing-related support services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Book publishing and global distribution assistance

• Editing coordination

• Cover design coordination

• Interior layout and formatting coordination

• ISBN and metadata guidance

• Print and ebook setup

• Audiobook preparation assistance

• Educational consulting related to self-publishing

Life Publishing House is not a traditional publisher and does not acquire ownership rights in author content unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.

2. Design and Editing Services; Outsourcing at Our Discretion

Life Publishing House may, at its sole discretion, perform services directly or coordinate services through independent third-party contractors. Such services may include, but are not limited to, editing, proofreading, cover design, interior design, formatting, and related creative or production services.

The author acknowledges and agrees that:

• The decision to outsource any service is made exclusively by Life Publishing House

• Life Publishing House is under no obligation to perform services in-house

• Any third-party providers engaged act as independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Life Publishing House

• Life Publishing House’s role in outsourced services is limited to coordination and facilitation

• Creative and editorial outcomes are subjective and may vary

• Life Publishing House does not guarantee specific creative results, revisions, or author satisfaction

Timelines, revisions, and deliverables may be impacted by third-party availability, performance, and policies.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Life Publishing House makes no guarantees regarding:

• Book sales, revenue, or profitability

• Bestseller status or rankings

• Acceptance by retailers, distributors, libraries, or schools

• Marketing reach, reviews, or publicity

• Financial success or return on investment

Publishing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, author marketing efforts, reader demand, and third-party platform decisions.

4. Author Responsibilities

Authors are solely responsible for:

• The originality, accuracy, and legality of all submitted content

• Ensuring content does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

• Securing permissions for any third-party material used

• Reviewing and approving all final edits, designs, and formatted files prior to publication

Life Publishing House does not provide legal review of content and assumes no liability for content-related claims.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Authors retain full ownership of their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting materials, the author grants Life Publishing House a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for the purpose of providing contracted publishing services.

All Life Publishing House branding, systems, templates, workflows, and website content remain the exclusive property of Life Publishing House and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Distribution

Distribution and publishing services may be fulfilled through third-party platforms, including print-on-demand, ebook, and audiobook distributors.

Life Publishing House is not responsible for:

• Retailer or platform pricing changes

• Acceptance, rejection, removal, or suspension of titles

• Distribution delays, errors, or availability issues

• Changes to third-party policies or requirements

Authors agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All service fees are disclosed prior to engagement.

• Payments are due as stated in invoices or service agreements

• Fees for completed services, including outsourced services, are non-refundable

• Third-party costs (editing, design, ISBNs, printing, distribution fees) are non-refundable

• Delays caused by late author responses do not qualify for refunds

8. Termination of Services

Life Publishing House reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if an author:

• Violates these Terms

• Submits unlawful, infringing, or unethical content

• Engages in abusive or deceptive conduct

• Fails to make required payments

Termination does not relieve the author of outstanding obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Publishing House shall not be liable for:

• Creative dissatisfaction or subjective outcomes

• Errors or delays caused by third-party contractors or platforms

• Loss of profits, sales, or business opportunities

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Life Publishing House for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Publishing House, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your content

• Use of outsourced services

• Violations of third-party platform policies
